Thomas Phillips

Thomas Phillips is the Founder and Manager of McLaren Search, a retained career coaching and executive search firm in North Carolina. Throughout his career, he has successfully placed more than 10,000 executives and career professionals into new roles and engagements at global companies across industries and sectors. Over a 15-year managerial career, he also held senior positions at ZS Associates, Edwards Lifesciences, Gerson Lehrman Group, and Egon Zehnder. He received his MBA from Vanderbilt University and his B.A. from Middlebury College.
